Excuses.......

Well i'm back...I realise that the world has been holding it's breath waiting for the next Birmingham Post picture desk related blogpost, so here is my excuse for not doing one for two months....my computer was rubbish !.
However, I have now got a shiny new computer (a PC) and I am actually able to access 'BirminghamPost.net' and post my blogs( and In a minute I am going to upload an image as well...if there is a picture of a computer at the top of this page then I have succeeded !)

Why are Macs so bad when it comes to any web-related functions and so good at so many other things? Come on, all you technowizards in here, what's the answser?
I posted a derogatory comment about the IT capability at BP and it didn't appear - any unfortunate error, I'm sure.
To repeat, why are you employing bloggers whose machines aren't up to it? It is not as if your bloggers have plenty to say.
Hello Clifford,
Sometimes our spam filtering software holds back comments with certain keywords that are deemed to be offensive.
I then go through these every day and publish those that are not spam. Unfortunately I could not find the comment you are referring to.
But please, if you want to post it again do. Everyone is entitled to their opinion (as long as it isn't breaking any UK laws)!
Kind regards,
Joanna (on her Compaq laptop, using a 3G connection - the ones all journalists now have)
Simon, I'm afraid you haven't got rid of your Apple.
Look at the picture... it's right there next to your Banana.
