There's a couple of programmes worth watching in the next day or so and they're both on Channel 4.
One is on tonight called '7/7: The Angels of Edgware Road'. It's a documentary to commemorate the 3rd anniversary of the London bombing and gives an account of the extraordinary, heroic deeds of some of the innocent people who either got caught up in the devastation or who, as outsiders, offered to help.
The other is on tomorrow called 'The Qur'an' in which the film maker, Antony Thomas, tries to uncover the real meaning of the 6000 verses in this holy text and discovers - which most agnostics and atheists have suspected all along - that the Qur'an's ambivalent language prevents anyone claming they've got 'the' ultimate word of God, that definitive message.
And yet some Muslims argue it's because the Qur'an is textually crystal clear that Islam is the fastest growing religion.
I'm not so sure.
